Since 2018, TSUBASA have partnership with “rePATRN” for producing Recycle Polyester Dope Dyed Yarn which combines environmental compatibility with performance. We make Ghana people gather the pet bottles came from out of Ghana. Next, workers get manufacturing process to cut and produce yarns.
Our specialty is dyeing yarns with using the original color of pet bottles, not dyeing different color of it to the yarns. This is more eco-friendly things. Our campaign contributes to invest Ghana educational system and found a school. Our challenge is to give everyone positive effect to help Ghana people get economic and educational independence by Ghana Recycle Polyester Dope Dyed Yarn Project.

TSUBASA introduces Dalle Ore as a part of investment in ITALY about environmental care food & drinks. Our winery is a small and niche farm cultivating with Bio-dynamic agriculture method.
Chemical fertilizers and herbicides are not used to plants.
In order to maintain a natural habitat, not more than 60% of the surface area can be used for specialized cultivation, retaining at least 40% of the area
as meadow and woodland.
It produces only 80,000 bottles of super organic wines per year.

e.dye Collaboration Dope Dyed Fabric
e.dye Collaboration Dope Dyed Fabric is an energy saving & environmentally friendly material. Also e.dye is the dyeing solution of polyester color system with over 2,500 colors and the sophisticated color-matching process for garment textiles. By adopting the dope dyeing process, it saves the chemicals up to 63% as the process becomes shorter and less wastewater is generated. e.dye Collaboration Dope Dyed uses qualified solution in dyeing process to put colors directly inside polyester yarn filaments that expands color range and makes process more efficient. This method enables direct savings on production costs and ensures substantial reduction of the ecological footprint of the final products.
